General Information about
Braided Rugs 2 |
A beautiful and popular yarn used in braided
rugs is chenille. This yarn is extremely soft,
and comes in an assortment of colors, which
makes it ideal for bedroom use. The yarn is easy
to care for and may be combined with cotton,
nylon or polyester. These inexpensive rugs can
be used for throw rugs in bath areas and are
among the cheapest rugs you can buy. However,
they do not look cheap as the quality of a
braided rug is still evident.
The most popular style of braided rug is the
traditional wool braided rug. This is what most
people think of when braided rugs are mentioned.
They are truly quality rugs but can be purchased
for a very reasonable price. They are actually
very cheap, but I hesitate to use that word here
because cheap often conjures up visions of poor
quality; however, that is not the case with a
braided rug.
Decorators have many options in complementing
braided rugs with their décor. These rugs are
available in numerous colors and weaves, as well
as many different shapes and sizes. The oval
shape is the most popular, but round ones and
rectangular ones are also used quite often. The
American Colonial braided rug looks warm and
inviting next to a cozy fireplace, and it will
also add warmth and charm to a kitchen. You do
not need to spend much money to add a touch of
comfort to your home with a braided rug. And
they will last a long, long time.
